Before comparing long-term RV parking, decide whether you need a place to store an unoccupied RV or a site where you can stay in it. These are different arrangements. A monthly parking price does not establish permission to live in the vehicle.
Ask the operator whether the space is for storage only, when you can access the RV, which vehicle dimensions are accepted and what preparation is required. Confirm charges, insurance responsibilities and any restrictions on power connections or maintenance. Do not assume storage includes overnight occupancy or campground services.
Provide your dates, RV dimensions, electrical needs, occupants, vehicles and pets. Ask whether the operator permits the proposed stay length and which site is suitable. Confirm hookup arrangements, arrivals, renewal terms and current rules in writing.

A $75 deposit is required for every monthly reservation. Deposit refund requests must be submitted in writing within three days of departure with an attached photo showing the site left clean, and require management approval. Obtain the correct park email for your request.
Cancellation requests must be emailed in writing. Cancellations at least 14 days before arrival qualify for a full rent refund; cancellations less than 14 days before arrival and no-shows do not. Rescheduling may be requested but is not guaranteed. Once a stay begins, all lot rent is non-refundable, including early departures or shortened stays.
