Before comparing long-term RV parking, decide whether you need a place to store an unoccupied RV or a site where you can stay in it. These are different arrangements. A monthly parking price does not establish permission to live in the vehicle.
Ask the operator whether the space is for storage only, when you can access the RV, which vehicle dimensions are accepted and what preparation is required. Confirm charges, insurance responsibilities and any restrictions on power connections or maintenance. Do not assume storage includes overnight occupancy or campground services.
Provide your dates, RV dimensions, electrical needs, occupants, vehicles and pets. Ask whether the operator permits the proposed stay length and which site is suitable. Confirm hookup arrangements, arrivals, renewal terms and current rules in writing.
An owner’s permission to park is not, by itself, proof that an occupied RV stay is allowed. Ask the responsible local authority about requirements for the particular property and proposed use. Confirm applicable wastewater and connection arrangements. This guide does not state a universal permitted stay length or certify a driveway, farm or former parking lot for residential use.
Request current written quotes for the same dates and needs. Separate rent, utilities, deposits and other applicable charges. Include travel costs to your regular destinations and ask what happens if you leave early. Do not rely on generic regional price tables or assume a longer commitment guarantees a discount.
Contact Colinas RV Park for current availability and the terms of a suitable occupied stay. Verify site services and internet arrangements directly. This article does not promise all-inclusive rent, gated access, a particular internet speed or a short Austin commute.
A $75 deposit is required for every monthly reservation. Deposit refund requests must be submitted in writing within three days of departure with an attached photo showing the site left clean, and require management approval. Obtain the correct park email for your request.
Cancellation requests must be emailed in writing. Cancellations at least 14 days before arrival qualify for a full rent refund; cancellations less than 14 days before arrival and no-shows do not. Rescheduling may be requested but is not guaranteed. Once a stay begins, all lot rent is non-refundable, including early departures or shortened stays.
