General Information
- Our park is open 24/7, but the office is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday through Saturday.
- Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors during these hours.
Check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is 12pm.
Extending Your Stay and Checkout Policy
If you’d like to extend your stay, please notify park staff before noon on the day prior to your scheduled departure to re-register and avoid any site conflicts. While we do our best to accommodate extensions, we cannot guarantee availability of the same site without sufficient notice.
Guests checking out after noon without written approval will be charged for an additional day at the regular rate.
For extended stays, we kindly ask that you provide at least five (5) days’ notice prior to departure. This allows us to plan ahead and offer your site to incoming guests.

Parking & Speed Limit Guidelines
Please park only within your registered site, with a limit of two (2) vehicles in addition to your RV. If you have extra trailers for items such as side-by-sides, boats, etc., a trailer parking fee will apply, and space is subject to availability. Please contact the park to arrange this in advance.
We ask that you do not park in landscaped or common areas, as we work hard to maintain these spaces for everyone’s enjoyment.
Parking in vacant sites is prohibited. If you park in an unoccupied site, you will be charged the daily rate for that site.
A maximum speed limit of 5 MPH is strictly enforced for the safety and comfort of all guests.

Cancellation Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS within 30 days of reservation
Management reserves the right to reschedule any guest requesting a cancellation, but is NOT obligated to do so. Rescheduling will be case by case and subject to availability.
Please contact us as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
We offer spacious RV sites with full hookups. Please contact us for specific site details and to book a site that meets your needs.
At Colinas RV Park in Elgin, we welcome a variety of recreational vehicles, including
- Campers
- Travel trailers
- Motorhomes
- 5th wheels
- All Class A, B, and C RVs.
All RVs and personal vehicles must display current, valid state license plates, have valid registration, and be in good, operable condition. The park reserves the right to refuse service to any RV, tent, or pop-up camper for any reason.
Extensive mechanical maintenance on-site is not permitted.
If your RV is older than 10 years, please contact us at (737) 258-3778 and send photos of your RV for approval.
$75 security deposit required. Deposits are capable of being refunded if given a 30 day notice to leave. The last electric bill and any damage done to the rv site will come out of the security deposit.
Rates and Payments
Occupancy & Payment Policy
Standard Rates:
Rates include two adults (18+) and up to four children. Additional adults are $5 per day/week or $50 per month. Maximum occupancy per site is six guests.Extended Stay Terms:
Monthly site fees are due on the same day each month based on your original check-in date. Extended stay status does not create a landlord/tenant relationship; all payments are for services provided under a host/guest agreement.Late Payments:
Monthly guests have a 3-day grace period. A $15 late fee applies on Day 4, plus $10 per additional day. No partial payments will be accepted. Failure to pay within two weeks after the grace period may result in notice to vacate.
$75 security deposit required. Deposits are capable of being refunded if given a 30 day notice to leave. The last electric bill and any damage done to the RV site will come out of the security deposit.
Rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
For guests with reservations of two months or longer, we will provide a 30-day notice if any rate adjustments are scheduled to take effect.

Yes, we love having furry friends here! We are a dog-friendly RV park, but we do have rules in place regarding how to have them on the property. Please check with us for more information on our pet policy.
Pet Rules:
Up to two (02) pets are welcome. Dogs must be leashed at all times.
Always pick up after your pet.
Do not leave dogs unattended outside your RV, even while leashed or in portable pens, for long periods of time, or anytime you are away from the park.
Excessive barking by dogs can be disruptive to your neighbors, and will not be tolerated.
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the park to ensure you stay connected.
Miscellaneous
At Colinas RV Park, we encourage our guests to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. To facilitate this, we allow BBQ grills, either charcoal or propane, for your convenience.
However, we do have some important guidelines to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort:
- Fireworks are strictly prohibited in the park, as they can pose a risk to both people and property.
- Campfires are not allowed in the park.

Site Appearance
Please keep your site clean and free of trash or clutter.
Outside storage should be limited to common items like a BBQ, chairs, bikes, or a table.
Clotheslines are not allowed.
Large items such as ladders may not be stored under your RV—please contact park staff with any questions.
Trash
All trash must be placed in sealed plastic bags and properly disposed of in the dumpster.
Do not leave bags on top of or beside the dumpster.
Do not dispose of hot charcoal ash in the dumpster or anywhere on park grounds.
Facilities
Help us keep shared areas neat and clean. Please report any issues right away.
All common areas must remain free of debris—dispose of trash properly.
Alcoholic Beverages/Public Intoxication/Illegal Drugs
Public intoxication will not be tolerated at any time.
Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited in the park at all times. Law enforcement will be notified if use of illegal drugs is suspected. Offenders must leave the park immediately without refund.
Damage
Damage to park property, theft or destruction will be assessed to the responsible party.
Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children, and will be held financially liable for any damages caused by their children.
Guests are responsible for their visitor’s behavior.
The park, its owners, managers, employees or agents are not responsible for loss or damage to a guest or visitor’s RV, vehicle, or person for any reason.
